The establishment of our school was approved by the government in 1969 and the construction work was started in 1971. However, the contractor of the construction breached the contract and terminated the job since the price of building materials skyrocketed. Fortunately, with the help of the Buddhist Monastery and the generous donation of Madam Lau Kam Lung, the construction work completed in 1975. To commemorate Madam Lau Kam Lung's contribution to the founding of the school, the school was named after her.
